Alternative Biomedical Solutions
ABS is an ISO-certified lab management company providing turnkey, value-added technology services and scientific solutions to clinical laboratories, healthcare providers, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies and research organizations. Hawk Capital joined Casla Partners in providing equity capital in 2015 to acquire the business.

Capital Waste Services
CWS is the premier, local waste services company serving the midlands of South Carolina. CWS serves close to 30,000 residents and 2,000 businesses. Hawk Capital initiated this investment in 2015 with the acquisition of a local waste hauler. CWS then competed for and won, an additional municipal contract in 2016 and acquired a commercial waste services business in 2017.

LifeShield
LifeShield is one of the pioneers in Home Security and Home Automation. Established in 2004, LifeShield was early in identifying the consumer trends such as “an all wireless system” and simplifying the installation so almost every consumer can do it in less than an hour. Hawk Capital acquired the business from AT&T in 2017.
